Two-Piece, All-Alloy Slow Pitch Bat. Also Features NSA & ISA Stamps.
100% E-Flex 700 Aluminum Construction Offers Tremendous Durability. Miken Bat Grip Enhances Comfort. Miken MV-1 13 Maxload Dual Stamp 240 Slow Pitch Softball Bat: MPMVW.If your league is requiring an alloy barreled slow pitch bat to compete, then you should definitely consider using this Miken MV-1! This bat is a true swiss army knife! It can do it all and be used in pretty much every single league!
First off, it is going to be made in a two-piece and all-alloy design. Since the barrel of the bat will be made of alloy, it will be very attractive for hitters playing within a league the requires the use of alloy barreled bats. As well, the barrel is going to be characterized as "multi-walled". USA Softball and USSSA are the two largest governing bodies of slow pitch softball in the United States. By having these two stamps, the bats should be permitted for use in just about any league out there.
As well, the bat will also feature the NSA & ISA stamps. Lastly, the bat will have Miken's Maxload feel which is going to make it slightly barrel loaded. Because of that, it will be most attractive to power hitters. However, since alloy-barreled bats are becoming scarce, we do think it would work for a contact hitter who was in need of an alloy-barreled slow pitch bat. A slow pitch bat brand can only become a front runner within the softball market if they establish that they will care for their customers.
Also, be sure to know that this Miken slow pitch bat will come with a serial sticker on it. When you receive this bat, the first thing you should do is save the serial sticker. Go ahead and print off a copy of your receipt and tape the sticker right on the receipt.
Then store the receipt (with the sticker) in a safe place. If your bat breaks during that first year of owning it, you will need to include the sticker with the bat when it is sent to Miken for a replacement. Pros: Fresh out of the packaging I noticed the great graphics, also the comfortable feel of the grip. Break in time was non existant, during gametime I found that the "sweetspot" was very giving!
This is the perfect bat for the price! Pros: At my second practice hit 2 HRs over the 200 foot fence on accident just trying to get the ball in play.
300 is well within range! I had lizard skin grip added. Just the white marks up easily but I knew that would happen. Pros: The feel is great, and the sweet spot is bigger than I thought.
Cons: The alloy construction doesn't perform as well as composite competitors but you get what you pay for. If you have lost your receipt, please message us. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.
